If you are able to take photos of the areas in question, please attach them above.
Only one warranty claim may be made per submission. If you have another claim to bring to our attention, please submit a new form.
The warranty covers specific defects that occurred during the construction process. We are not responsible for any issues that do not directly result from defects in materials or workmanship.
In order to obtain warranty service, you must submit a request for approval by filling out the fields below.
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by our team to determine the cause of the problem and the degree to which it is covered by warranty. You can expect a prompt response from one of our representatives.
If accepted, we will repair or replace the relevant damage at no additional cost.
